I’m super excited to add Jocelyn to my photography crew. Like myself, Jocelyn has a passion for travel photography. I believe wedding photography is a lot like travel photography because you can’t just specialize in just one or two areas like portraits or dancing — you have to get it all, including posed, documentary, still life, details, wide shots, close-ups, food, dancing, and everything in between. I like to think being a travel photographer makes me a better wedding photographer and vice versa. No doubt, this applies to Jocelyn. She has an eye for creative shots and unique framing and isn’t shy about taking charge of the situation either. If you have aspirations of topping the T-Rex bridal party shot or the zombie engagement series, Jocelyn is your girl! I hope you will consider Jocelyn for your wedding photography needs.
Recent praises for Jocelyn
Jocelyn is such a joy to work with, I feel so lucky to have had her to capture my day. I knew right away when we met that the chemistry was perfect! Aside from being punctual, professional and all around awesome; her perspective and style is exactly how I pictured my pictures. She is completely flexible and even scouted locations for our wedding walk (which turned out amazing). More than just the look of it all, she captured the feel of the night and you can’t ask for more than that. I am beyond pleased with the photos.

We found Jocelyn by way of Tanveer Badal, who highly recommended her. After meeting her, and getting to know her wonderful, excited and enthusiastic personality, we knew we’d be good. And we were. She got the perfect balance of posed shots and candid moments, and let me experience my wedding through new eyes. She was also very sensitive to what I wanted–a photo that I had sent her as an example of a beautiful shot before the wedding, she almost perfectly recreated–and pushed for it even when we were being shuttled around elsewhere by relatives, wedding planners, and friends. She was also down to be a part of the wedding, and not just distanced flies on the wall: when my uncles took her camera from her and forced her to dance with them (while taking pictures of her dancing), it was a truly beautiful moment, that captured the wedding spirit and Jocelyn’s spirit of flexibility, inclusivity, and go-with-the-flowness!
